The RV you had originally reserved was with a family who had a house fire, and we had this unit with them since January and they needed an extension of time. This RV was new to their collection of RVs that they rent out, and was not ready.įirstly, I am very sorry for your unhappiness. We also lost food in the refrigerator because it died for two days a mechanic was sent to our campground when we were in Pennsylvania on the sixth day. We lost money because of it we lost time together as a family it was very frustrating. She knew we were traveling a great distance, did not behave in a way that demonstrated any concern whatsoever for the constant headache that this RV created for our trip. I asked Donna for her proposed refund, I got nothing. It was 90*+ through our trip and the RV didn’t function as anything more than an oversized truck with no AC. We received very little communication from Donna, and primarily only when I sent upset texts. We were in one place all of Sunday and Tuesday morning. I reached out to Donna and was told I’d get a video. The charge cord is broken and duct taped together (see photo). ![]()
